Southern Crafted Homes is proud to partner with GE and other companies that manufacture their products in America. Whever possible we buy from companies in the Tampa Bay area first and Florida second. Finally if we cannot do that we prefer American companies. More American businesses need to adopt the buy American attitude. We can have a greater impact on our economy by adopting that attitude than what the federal governmentis doing.

Letter to Shaw Industries for their Pro-American Stance

Good afternoon gentlemen,

Just a short note of congratulations and thanks for your involvelment in the petition against Chinese imports. I was just made privy to the press release and your FAQ sheet and was pleased to see a long time partner of ours take such a stance. I have been a customer for over 20 years and have always admire Shaw for their innovativeness and leadership. Our company has a very Pro-American stance and wherever possible purchase American products. In fact we make every effort to purchase products made in the Tampa Bay area. One of our complaints has often been that companies seem to fold to the circumstances. For us to take back our country requires that we mandate our government to put American business and American jobs first. Thank you for your efforts.
