Southern Crafted Homes recently completed their last home in the Creekside Village of Grand Hampton in New Tampa. "After five years of creating beautiful homes in this highly amenitized gated community it is bittersweet to see it come to an end", said Jim Deitch, Chief Operating Officer for Southern Crafted Homes.

The company built and closed 85 homes in the Oak Creek and Creekside villages of the commuity.
