From choosing the specifications and products, to hiring the right contractors, right down to ensuring that the blueprints are carefully detailed and reviewed, Southern Crafted Homes expert staff considers every detail so that your home experience is exceptional.
Breaking Ground
Begin with the end in mind and follow up on every detail. Prior to starting construction on your new Southern Crafted home your project team consisting of your salesperson and construction manager will meet with you to conduct a pre-start conference. This formal meeting is designed to review the process, the blueprints, change orders and color sheets to ensure that we understand your expectations and that we have created on paper the necessary documents to properly build your home on time and to the quality standards we hold to be so important.
Framing
Every good home begins with a strong foundation. Southern Crafted Homes employs some of the best structural tradesmen in the area for our foundations, block walls and framing. Southern Crafted Homes' supervisors inspect every stage of construction to ensure that our strict quality standards are met and that the product is properly constructed to withstand the requirements of our hardy environment. When we are satisfied that all of our requirements are met we will conduct a pre-drywall orientation with you at your home to review everything that is behind the walls and to ensure that you understand how the various systems work together.

Your home will be inspected by several members of our team prior to your final orientation to ensure that every detail is addressed and your home is delivered to you in a manner consistent with what we promised.
